Broomfield's established and newer neighborhoods offer fantastic options.
Broomfield is a terrific city in a prime location. It's conveniently located between Denver and Boulder on US 36, a quick 20 minutes in either direction. The city is also more affordable than Boulder or trendy Denver neighborhoods. Because this suburb has a lot to offer from established neighborhoods to multiple newer developments, buyers have options in regard to budget, lifestyle, and location.
Broomfield stands on its own financially and in character. It officially became a county in 2001 for a self-serving tax base. Testament to its worth, Money Magazine rated Broomfield as #25 in a 2016 "Best Places to Live" feature. It's a growing community with over 66,000 residents but with a "hometown" character. Rolling hills help define neighborhoods, such as the age-restricted 55+ Anthem development to the upscale Wildgrass enclave.
This is an active outdoor city with something for everyone; golf, swim, run, bike, or just enjoy time relaxing in nature. Families have the opportunity to enroll children in club sports as well as school-supported teams. Thanks to Broomfield's expanse, six school systems serve the area. This is a town dedicated to young and old alike.
